Our in-house research division is staffed by exceptionally qualified professionals with designations including CFP®, CFA® and CIMA®. Broker/Dealer Platform
Our relationship with Fidelity Investments/National Financial Services enables our professionals to offer full brokerage services to clients, though products are not limited to those offered by Fidelity. We chose Fidelity based on their position as one of the world's largest providers of financial services, with custodied assets of $1.4 trillion. Through the Institutional Funds Network (IFN), our professionals offer a complete mutual fund marketplace. They can manage an extensive selection of funds and commission structures, including no-load, back-end load and a variety of share classes. IFN includes access to more than 8,000 funds from 350 popular fund companies. In addition, through IFN, our professionals have access to a variety of separate account money managers.

Technology
We strive to stay abreast of all technological advances that provide our professionals with the information that they need, when they need it. We use the best and most sophisticated financial software to help formulate financial plans and an extensive database to track client information. Planners have access to software such as Morningstar, NaviPlan and the NFS platform. Through our communications software, they can access their computer files and e-mail from anywhere in the world.

Communication Tools
We continuously work to open new lines of communication with our professionals and our clients. We offer a website where clients can view their account information and read informative articles about current financial issues. Our telephone system provides conference calling, direct telephone lines to each planner and support staff, and voice mail for after hours communication.

Support Staff
TrustCore is fortunate to have long-term employees of exceptional quality and attitude. Most are licensed, others have earned the designation of CFP®, and all are extremely skilled and proficient. The quality of our staff enables us to produce clients' financial reports in-house, eliminating concerns about quality and accuracy.
