Since 1987, Allen has held a variety of positions in the financial industry including relationship manager, financial advisor, consultant, and Client Service Regional Manager. The combination of experience Allen brings serves him well in his position with TrustCore. He began in 2011 as Office Manager where he is responsible for Human Resources, Benefits, Operations, and the Planning and Client Service groups.

Allen’s emphases on relationship building and communication have combined to effect change, elicit trust and build confidence with staff. Additionally, Allen has developed, produced and facilitated staff training and education programs.

Allen attended Samford University where he earned his BS in General Business with a concentration in human resource management. He is a Licensed Insurance Agent and a Registered Securities Representative.
