Roger joined TrustCore in 1992, after a distinguished business career, which included tenure as president of an international corporation headquartered in Nashville. He is a Principal in the firm and President of TrustCore Financial Services, Inc.

Roger's combination of vision, knowledge and experience make him eminently qualified to assist businesses and individuals in the development of financial plans and in the formulation and implementation of tactics to accomplish these financial goals. He is often retained by individuals who are dissatisfied with their current investment approach and results. Additionally, many clients have called on Roger as they have experienced sudden wealth triggered by inheritance, significant asset sale or other large income event. Estate planning for the wealthier client is also an area in which Roger has proven effective. He assists businesses in selecting and implementing employee benefit plans, such as 401k and executive retirement plans, as well as group health benefit plans. 

Roger's extensive experience insures that the client receives thorough plan analysis and exhaustive review of their personal estate plan. He is focused on developing long term relationships with his clients. Roger partners with his son Craig for a team approach. In order to provide a personal "hands on" approach, Roger and Craig selectively add only a few clients each year.

Roger is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificant, Licensed Insurance Agent and Registered Securities Representative. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA).
