Jefferson Adcock is a member of the Reed Financial Planning Team at TrustCore. He is dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning to corporate executives, small business owners, doctors, and other professionals. Jefferson became a partner at TrustCore in 2017. He joined the firm in 2008 after earning his undergraduate and master’s degrees in business administration from the Brock School of Business at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, where he was also the quarterback of the Samford Bulldogs football team. Jefferson continues to share his love of football and sports by teaching and coaching his sons and other youth players. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Angelo State University and a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. He is a past board member of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee and currently serves as a deacon at Immanuel Church.

Brad Caldwell is tireless in promoting clients’ financial well-being. He considers himself a “financial quarterback,” leading and coordinating with a client’s other financial service providers — from accountants and bankers to estate attorneys and realtors — to deliver the very best results. Outside of the office, Brad is an active member of Brentwood Hills Church of Christ and serves on the advisory board of Mercy Community Healthcare, a community health clinic focused on pediatrics, adult primary care and integrated mental and behavioral health.

Darryl earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee. He has held the Certified Financial Planner designation for over 30 years, and has used his expertise to advise and serve on numerous boards and charitable foundations. He was a 2016 and 2017 Nashville Business Journal Power Leader in Financial Planning.
Darryl and his wife, Anne, make their home in Brentwood. They are active in their local community and church, where Darryl serves as a deacon. The couple has two adult children.

Mickey Jacobs is a partner at TrustCore and has been in the financial services industry since 1985. He is passionate about helping clients realize their life dreams by delivering trusted financial advice through TrustCore’s team approach to client service.
A former football coach at Vanderbilt University and the University of Mississippi, Mickey began his professional career as a teacher and coach at Nashville’s Brentwood Academy. Throughout his career, Mickey has embodied a commitment to the community, serving as the chairman of the board for a regional bank, for Brentwood Academy, and for the Middle Tennessee chapter of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is currently a deacon at Christ Presbyterian Church in Nashville and is a charter member of the Brentwood Morning Rotary Club. He was a 2017 Nashville Business Journal Power Leader in Financial Planning.
Mickey earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife have four grown children. In his leisure time, Mickey enjoys playing golf, running, reading, traveling, and playing with his grandchildren.

Mikael earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, and his master’s in business administration, investment management, from Vanderbilt University.
Outside of TrustCore, Mikael serves on the Board of Directors for the Amani Medical Foundation and finance committees for Corner to Corner and his local church. He also enjoys serving as a connector between people, experiencing new cultures and cycling. He and his wife, Ashley, have four children.

Randy Lee focuses his financial planning practice on assisting business owners with complex financial issues that require attention to detail, personalized solutions and prompt service that are Randy’s hallmark. He also specializes in the unique needs of executives, doctors, and real estate investors. By nature a thorough and detail-oriented person, Randy coordinates closely with clients’ other financial advisors and develops comprehensive financial plans that cover various aspects of an individual’s financial life. His goal is to be the personal chief financial officer for each client he serves.
Randy is a former Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy and has served as an engineer for a Fortune 500 specialty chemical company. He earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University and his master’s in finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.
Committed to the community, Randy serves as treasurer of Vanderbilt’s NROTC Alumni Association and the Brentwood Library Foundation, Homepage Media Group Advisory Board member, volunteer instructor for the Davidson County Jail Re-Entry program, and as an adjunct professor to Golden Gate University. Outside of the office, Randy enjoys competitive pistol shooting, hunting, travel, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Jane helps clients to better understand and manage their finances as a critical first step towards reaching goals and developing a feeling of confidence. Whether detailed cash flow analysis is called for or a broader look is needed, Jane will work with the client to suit the circumstances. Jane prefers to meet with clients at least quarterly and, through this ongoing series of meetings, reviews all facets of the client’s financial life in an orderly way.
Jane enjoys reading, following business, politics, economics, and national and global affairs, remaining on top of events that can impact investments and her clients. She is married and has three children who are building families and careers of their own now.

Kevin began practicing in 2010, joined TrustCore in 2013 and became a Partner in 2020. Kevin holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi and is a Certified Financial Planner™ practitioner. Passionate about the financial planning profession, Kevin serves as President of the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee. He also serves as Trustee to Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, helping oversee the management of their Trust assets.

Tyler Sinclair is a planner and member of the Sinclair Team. The team works together to produce and service financial plans created through a unique process called the “Strategic Wealth Journey.” The Strategic Wealth Journey provides a road map for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of financial plans.
Tyler began his career with TrustCore in 2010 as a member of the Planning Department to build his experience in portfolio analysis, identifying investment opportunities, and building financial plans.
A Nashville native, Tyler graduated from Brentwood High School before completing his bachelor’s degree at Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. Outside of the office, Tyler enjoys spending time with his wife, Margaret, and their daughters. They are active with their church, Brentwood Baptist, where Tyler serves on the Finance and Ministry Team.
